Individual Training Sessions, In-Person or Via Zoom ($125 per session)
In these 60-minute weekly sessions, workouts are part of a program tailored to the client’s specific goals, needs, and experience level.
In addition to designing the month-to-month program, I coach clients on form, provide accountability and support, and make adjustments as needed to account for increased stress, a poor night of sleep, or other factors that may affect a client’s energy or movement on a particular day or week.
In addition to building strength, clients improve mobility + stability, power, agility, and overall conditioning and, of course, celebrate progress.
Hybrid Remote Workouts, (starting at $55 per month):
Hybrid training refers to a combination of remote workouts and in-person sessions. The remote workouts are customized for the client as part of their overall strength training program. They are delivered monthly to clients using the True Coach App where they can view written and video instructions for each exercise, record work completed, and post videos, questions or comments. Hybrid clients pay for remote workouts and in-person sessions separately.
Partner Training Sessions, (In-Person Only)(Session: $80 per person):
These 60-minute sessions are similar to individual training sessions, except that two clients work out together. Efforts are made to match clients who are similar in skill and experience.

Clients make a commitment to each other to regularly attend the same sessions each week. These sessions are great for people who enjoy the camaraderie and challenges that come with doing hard things together.
Outdoor MenoCon Workouts, (Private Backyard Turf)($40 per class):
These seasonal small group (3-4 clients) high-intensity workouts are designed specifically for women approaching or in menopause. The 45-minute session includes a warm-up, high-intensity circuits, and a cool-down.
Equipment used includes: medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX, agility ladders, sandbags and more. We focus on getting heart rates up, moving weights quickly (but safely) for power, and building stamina and endurance. There’s lots of cheering, sweating, and laughter. Clients sign up on a per-class basis. Offered in spring, summer and fall. (Resuming again spring 2025)
Healthy-Habits Group: (Next Cohort starts Jan 2025):
This group focuses on building the skills, practices, and habits that lead to sustainable change and what Precision Nutrition refers to as “Deep Health.”
Participants will learn about the six domains of “Deep Health” and identify habits they want to develop. Through written exercises, discussion and taking small, achievable steps week to week clients will gradually make change.
Participants will gather on Zoom once a month for facilitated discussion to share progress, observations, frustrations, and provide support and accountability. Each participant will track their daily actions and receive support and feedback between group gatherings. (Limited to 6 participants).

Everyone is getting older. The collective “we” start losing muscle and bone density as early as our 30s. For women, the loss of bone density accelerates during peri-menopause and the first few years of menopause and then continues at a slower rate. Similarly, the loss of muscle mass often begins in our 30s or 40s and increases later in life.
