6-Week Kettlebell Kickstart ​

This is a 6-week small group kettlebell training program designed for women in midlife. Over six weeks, we gradually develop a stability, strength, and power and build up the Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Get Up.

This is the beginning of a lifelong journey toward better health and overall well-being.

You’ve already begun your kettlebell journey. Laid a solid foundation for the Kettlebell Swing and Turkish Get Up. Built comfort and confidence.

Together, we’ll continue to improve your two hand kettlebell swing – getting more reps under your belt – and work on things like timing, breath, power, and stamina.
Whether you’re swinging a golf club or tennis racket, shoveling dirt in the garden or snow off the sidewalk, running, or simply want to walk up and down stairs with ease – kettlebell training improves the quality of daily life.
