If you've been thinking about starting to strength train, but aren't sure how.  Or, you've been lifting weights but want more guidance. You're in the right place.  The fact you're here means that you, like more and more women, know the importance of getting stronger. I want you to know that everyone starts where they are.  And, you're not alone if you:

  • want to learn good form for lifting weights;

  • have a fear and/or history of injury;  

  • feel more confident hitting the cardio room than the weight room;

  • find that your fitness has taken a back seat to other commitments;

Welcome to Sher Strength

Everyone is getting older. The collective “we” start losing muscle and bone density as early as our 30s. For women, the loss of bone density accelerates during peri-menopause and the first few years of menopause and then continues at a slower rate.  Similarly, the loss of muscle mass often begins in our 30s or 40s and increases later in life.
